This is a very simple but gnammy recipe. I made it the other night and I thought to share it:)
All you need is: 1 tbs of ghee 300g of spinach (washed and sliced) 1 apple (peeled and chopped) 1 tbs of mango chutney Take a large pan and put half of the ghee in , add the spinaches when ghee has melted . Live them to shrink for about 10 min and when they have reduced you can add the apple and the rest of the ghee. Add salt and pepper to taste and than the mango chutney . Steer and when the water is all gone it is ready :) Easy peasy:) I hope you like it!
