Laura Anjali Montesanti will guide you through the beautiful disciplines of Hatha, Akhanda and  Restorative Yoga as well as Kundalini, Yoga Nidra and Hatha Raja .
Following the Northern India tradition, as learnt from Guru Yogi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji), in the Holy area of Rishikesh in the Himalayan mountains, pranayama techniques are implemented in every practice to help you purifying your body and relax into each pose and sequence leading to your final Meditation.

Yoga helps you to strengthen, energize, tone, stretch and purify your body.You will be able to relax and connect to yourself achieving a great sense of peace.
Yoga helps healing on a physical and psychological level when practice with the correct guidance and intent.

Anjali Yoga supports two charities in South Africa: Scalabrini Centre for Refugees and Homeless and Ubuntu Africa HIV Children of Khayelitsha.
